Loubieh Vegan

Our signature dish. Long green beans with fresh tomatoes, onions, and garlic, mixed with our special homemade seasoning blend. A slow braise combining all the flavors and topped with fresh coriander

Bamieh with Meat

A rich, warm stew of baby okra, fresh tomatoes, and tender lean beef slowly braised with sautéed onion and garlic (using virgin olive oil!), mixed with our homemade seasoning blend and topped with fresh coriander.

Mloukhieh with Chicken

The Mloukhieh cooked to perfection. Mloukhieh (jute mallow leaves) with tender chicken breast cutlets and our traditional homemade Doka – a combination of virgin olive oil, zesty lemon juice, fresh garlic, and chopped coriander – and mixed with our unique seasoning blend.

Meatball Tomato Stew

Dawood Basha; the Middle East’s very own meatball stew. Oven-baked meatballs mixed with the finest spices and slowly braised in a rich tomato stew with sautéed garlic and onions.
